As custodian of the cultural heritage of “Hispano Suiza. Fábrica de Automóviles, SA”, Peralada Castle Museum has taken part in the exhibition: “Ramon Casas. A Yearning for Modernity”, in its centres at El Cau Ferrat, in Sitges, and the “La Caixa” Foundation in Madrid, with the loan of the Hispano Suiza poster and action project made by Ramon Casas in 1904. The two exhibitions have been visited by over 100,000 people. The display has sought to show the Catalan painter’s pioneering nature in his beginnings and his exceptional quality and relationship with the best contemporary artists, both Catalan and Parisian.
